    The staff were very nice and accomodating.

    This is a pretty basic 3.5 star place. It's not right on the beach and the rooms are in need of some upgrading. I'm not a fan of inclusives anyway but sometimes the dinner meal options could have been more extensive and the quality higher but I am a foodie and again, not a fan of inclusives. The grounds are a little cramped so it doesn't give much options for people to go E.G. the ping pong table right next to the bar right next to where the dj playing way too loud music. They really need to have an adults only pool as well. Much of this is real estate - the grounds aren't that loud and it tries as best as it can to cater to lots of different groups. Mainly lots of serious divers, families, retirees, couples and 20-something Spring Breakers. There isn't a real beach and those looking for that classic style will be sorely disappointed.

    The poolside bar was a good spot to unwind with refreshing drinks.

    The beach access was disappointing, limited to a seawall with strong currents.

    Very comfortable overall experience. Spotless hotel in an extremely clean building really close to several areas and Cozumel Island and the Italian, Mexican, and Asian restaurants. Beautifully maintained room with sparkling wine as well as clean sheets for usd 594. Courteous service, marvellous location to all the nightly entertainment.

    Although the staff was friendly and the dining options were delicious, the crowded pool area and slow service detracted from the experience. The beach facilities were closed during the stay, leading to some disappointment, but the beautiful surroundings made it worthwhile.

    The honeymoon suite was spacious and super clean. Loved the ocean view from the balcony and the comfortable bed. We really enjoyed the back massage at the spa and the outdoor pools were a blast. Breakfast was fantastic, with made-to-order omelets and fresh fruit. The snorkeling right off the beach was amazing with so many colorful fish.

    Perfect getaway for couples

    The room was magnificent with a fine ocean view, and I still remember how relaxing it was to soak in the sun on the balcony. The breakfast buffet was a game changer,, fresh made-to-order omelets that blew my mind.

    It wasn't inexpensive but worth every penny for the experience.

    I've stayed in cozumel before, but this time at fiesta americana exceeded my expectations for family fun. The smaller resort made it easy for the kids to play safely with plenty of space around the pool. The staff was friendly from arrival to departure.

    Staying here was a joy, especially the spacious Beautiful King Ocean View room and the really good service from the staff. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, including excellent cheese sandwiches, while the bar area was pleasant, though selections were limited. The beach access was different from what was expected. There were no direct pathways into the water but ladders offered entry. The snorkeling right off the hotel was magnificent.
